I am not a broker who puts their sign in your yard and hopes the buyers show up. I take a proactive approach using my multi-faceted and proven marketing plan which includes:
Custom Home Branding – I will customize the message and marketing plan to fit the property. For example, why just market with a seller’s address when I can market a “Creekside Country Estate”?
Online Marketing – The photos and listing information will feed to the websites for all the local and national real estate services. Between my online marketing plan, my company’s online marketing plan, and what is available in the MLS, my online marketing connections receive over 100 million views on their websites per month.
Print Marketing – My full-color flyers will always be available streetside as well as in the home for potential buyers to take. In addition, I use permaflyers on my signage along with a tour available via app and smartphone so buyers who are driving by can get a sneak peek of what is inside, without ever setting foot in the door.
Signage – Feature cards which point out your home’s features will be displayed throughout the home, amplifying your home’s value.
Direct Mail – I send a letter out to the neighbors, letting them know that your home is on the market and also about any upcoming open houses.
Broker Communication – In the listing in the MLS, I will provide additional broker comments as needed as well as a letter about how to prepare a good offer for the sellers. I also find that a brokers open house – an open house for real estate agents, is a very good way to get brokers’ eyes – and therefore buyers’ eyes – on your property.
