Meet Cris

My business slogan, “Helping old friends and new friend to buy and sell homes”, is the crux of what I do and what I believe. In order for me to help with your real estate needs, there needs to be a connection and I celebrate the ongoing one I have with my clients. I work best when I am tuned in with what you need, what you want, and where you are going.

As a full-time real estate broker since 2002, I make my clients’ success a priority as I work with them to achieve their goals. My role as a REALTOR® is to help buyers make informed decisions by teaching them what to look for and what questions to ask. My system for listing and selling properties helps sellers prepare their homes for sale and, through my effective marketing plan, achieves the best possible results in the shortest time. By working with both buyers and sellers, I provide my clients education, understanding, and direction through the entire process.

My previous career was on the front lines in the travel industry, providing customer service and time-sensitive solutions for travelers, often under stressful conditions. Unique problem-solving is one of my strengths and I utilize these skills seemingly every day when working with buyers or sellers.

My teenage years were spent building two houses near Issaquah with my parents, which provided a hands-on experience like none other. We did it all from clearing our forest, even milling the trees into lumber then building from foundation to roof and finally interior completion. It turns out this was a very unique experience which provided me an insider’s view for construction and what to look for in a building envelope.

It seems, between my career in customer service and the home building experience of my youth, as if I was always working my way towards real estate. My sister was in real estate and, at Maureen’s urging, I joined her in 2002.

My client base includes repeat buyers and sellers along with first time home buyers, builders, and even homeowners who are may be facing a short sale. I pride myself on having an excellent relationship with my peers in the industry and work collaboratively with them to achieve win-win solutions while looking out for my clients’ best interests.
