In each instance, buyers spend less than 15 seconds deciding if they should continue further. When I market a home, I am very aware of how quickly we need to wow. My listing process focuses on producing that “wow” factor.

For me, the work does not stop when mutual acceptance reached. I will work with the broker on the other side and their buyers to work through the inspection, I will work with the appraiser, and I will continue to follow-up along the way to make sure the buyer is fulfilling their obligations. I will make sure escrow has the documentation they need and keep all parties apprised of the situation. In my view, we are not done until we get past the finish line!
