Staging
When we are looking at staging options for you, there are three strategies we can employ:
- Consultation – this provides insight as to how to best use the furniture, accessories and art that you already own to rework the areas of your home to appeal to the widest pool of buyers. How we live in a property is not how we sell a property. A professional stager brings their interior design, layout, and flow skills to provide insight to present the house and each room to best showcase their function and features.
- Light Staging – involves the stager bringing in additional light items such as accessories and art to turn each room into a vignette illustrating how each room can be used, making it easy for the buyer to remember.
- Full Staging – includes the above and involves bringing rental furniture into the property and addressing the appearances of every room.
I work with Jan Capetto of Polished Interiors. Her experience as an interior design and decorator has helped my clients to obtain the highest possible selling price.
Professional Photographs
Professional photographers will highlight the best views of each room, using crystal clear photos, proper lighting and photo touchup to give the property its model-home appearance online. I work with TourFactory and their photographers produce crisp, clear, and bright HDR photos that show the property in its best possible condition.
Virtual Tour
Once the photography is done, I utilize Tour Factory to create a virtual tour. Over the years, I have had over 22,000 views of my properties at Tour Factory. Click here to view a sample.
